My SHAKA ZULU peri peri style sauce is a homage to the fierce warrior king Shaka Zulu and showcases the skill of African cuisine.

Made with naturally sweet roasted red capsicums, caramelised red onion and fresh red chillis sourced directly from Queensland famers.

This is the ideal finishing sauce to spice up barbeque meats, roast chicken and crispy homemade chips.

All of our sauces are small batch, handcrafted by us on Mount Tamborine. We use fresh local ingredients sourced locally from across SE Qld.

Use as a finishing sauce for chicken and bbq meats and as a table sauce alongside your every day home cooked meals.
