Shipping & Delivery

Some bulk or wholesale orders may be subject to delivery fees. Only delivery to Australian residential, business & PO Box addresses are accepted. Please phone our team prior to completing an online order if you wish to discuss further, or to arrange delivery to multiple addresses.

We use Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fast Track and other courier providers where necessary for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order delivered within 7 business days from dispatch. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.

During busy periods, such as Promo Events, Christmas, and in the event of public holidays, delays in delivery can occur due to the capacity of our transport providers and business holiday closures between Christmas and New Year.

Please make sure that your delivery address and postcode are correct as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided. Likewise, in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (e.g. civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc.) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.

 

Return & Refund POlicy

Chef Dylan’s Gourmet Food Co. is committed to providing quality products to all our customers. In the event that your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or a replacement offered. Requests for such must be made via email to chefdylangfc@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of product.

There is no refund or exchange offered where you change your mind or where you make an error with your order.

There is no refund or exchange offered on sale items.

YOUR INFORMATION

By providing us with personal information, you indicate that you consent to the collection, use, holding and disclosure of your personal information. If you don’t want to provide personal information to us, then you don’t have to, however, this may affect your use of this website.

We retain details necessary for successful fulfilment of your order and may use them for marketing purposes, for example, emailing or posting you information about seasonal offers. These include: name, address, telephone number and email address of the sender, and name, address, telephone number and email address of the recipient.

We do not sell contact details to any other companies. We will never cold call you for marketing purposes.

Credit card details are not retained after payment has been received.

 

Order PrOcessing

Price

Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the time of ordering. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (goods and services tax) where it applies.

Order PrOcessing

Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing (and have it ready for dispatch within 1-2 working days). If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order should be delivered within 7-10 business days (unless otherwise indicated).

 

Payment

We accept payment online by Visa or MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.

Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully.

Chef Dylan’s Gourmet Food Co. does not store nor process any Credit Card information.

Title

Chef Dylan's Gourmet Food Co. retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.

Quality COncerns

We take great pride in the quality and condition of our products and it should reach you in the best possible condition. When you receive your order, if you are not happy with what you have received, please call us right away on +61 432 051 223 or email chefdylan@gourmetfoodco.com.au and we will endeavour to address any concerns as soon as possible.

 

CancellatiOns

Chef Dylan's Gourmet Food Co. reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. You may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification prior to the order being dispatched.
