My BEES KNEES honey soy sauce is a nod to the Aussie classic while celebrating Chinese roots.

Made with pure wildflower honey sourced from Tamborine Mountain, Japanese soy infused with slow roasted garlic and a hint of Chinese 5 spice.

Pour generously over crispy chicken wings, seared salmon and beef skewers.

All of our sauces are small batch, handcrafted by us on Mount Tamborine. We use fresh local ingredients sourced locally from across SE Qld.

Use as a glaze or finishing sauce for bbq meats and as a table sauce alongside your every day home cooked meals.
