In the event that your product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method or a replacement offered. All you need to do is send an email to chefdylan@gourmetfoodco.com.au within 7 days of receipt of product.

 

Note, there is no refund or exchange offered where you change your mind or where you make an error with your order, so please choose carefully and double-check your order before checkout.

We aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 business days from dispatch. To some regional parts of Australia, delivery can take longer.

During busy periods such as Promo Events, Christmas, and in the event of public holidays, delays in delivery can occur due to the capacity of transport providers and business holiday closures.
