My GAUCHO marinade is inspired by the infamous wild cowboys of Argentina with thyme, oregano and fire roasted peppers.
Use it to round up your steaks, chicken and pork.
Mix 1 tablespoon of marinade with 1 tablespoon of oil per 250g of meat or veg.
Coat meat or veg and marinate for 20 minutes MAX.
Cook on BBQ, pan fry or roast and bring the flavour!
