STEP 1

Mix 1 tablespoon of marinade with 1 tablespoon of oil per 250g of meat, fish or veg.

STEP 2

Coat meat, fish or veg and marinate for 20 minutes MAX.

STEP 3

Grill, slow cook, roast or pan fry to bring the flavour!
