My CREOLE marinade is influenced by the legendary mix of French and West African cultures in Louisiana with smokey bbq peppers, oregano and fiery cayenne.
Use it to jazz up chicken, pork, beef and prawns.
3 QUICK & EASY STEPS
Mix 1 tablespoon of CREOLE with 1 tablespoon of oil per 250g of meat, veg or fish.
Coat meat or veg and marinate for 20 minutes MAX.
Cook on BBQ, pan fry or roast and bring the flavour!
